139 North Ridgewood Drive:

This subject property is located at 139 North Ridgewood Drive and is a vacant parcel totaling just under a 1⁄2 acre. The property has a prime location in the Historic District of Downtown Sebring, and is currently zoned Planned Development with a future land use of High-Density Mixed-Use Redevelopment.
