Construction has officially begun in 301 Circle Park Drive! Looking to open in the spring of 2022, The 301 will be an exciting new eatery in Downtown Sebring! When you are struggling to decide what to eat, head on down to The 301 where you will find one location housing 3 options: Sugar Sand Distillery, Sugar Sand Brewery and Michael Anthony’s Pizzeria!

In a public/private partnership, the CRA along with Sugar Sand Distillery, Sugar Sand Brewery and Michael Anthony’s Pizzeria have partnered to bring new businesses into this long-time vacant building in Downtown Sebring! Sugar Sand Distillery had been on the lookout for the perfect second location for almost a year when they learned about the CRA’s new program to redevelop this property and revitalize Downtown Sebring. This program created by the CRA helped to bring in new businesses to the downtown area that had previously not considered Downtown Sebring as an option.
